- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Positive To Have Skills: Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing human capital management systems to meet diverse business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and ensure seamless functionality.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
