About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, designing eye-catching posts in Canva, following the latest social media trends, and using AI tools to create impactful content, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, banners, carousel posts, and reels using Canva and AI tools.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and audio.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and short-form content for different platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotional activities.




- Research and utilize AI tools to improve content quality and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and engagement.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Canva.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and design.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Creative mindset with strong visual design skills.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Design is a plus.
- Experience: 0–2 years.
- Freshers with a robust portfolio are encouraged to apply.
