Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee site execution, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, and manage civil works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct quality checks for materials, workmanship, and safety standards.
- Prepare and verify measurement sheets, RA bills, and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, local regulations,



and statutory requirements.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Assist in estimation, material planning, and cost control.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
