CREATIVE EXECUTIVE (ART DIRECTION & AI PRODUCTION)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Creative Executive to support the development of high-quality visual assets across digital and offline channels. The role involves designing marketing creatives, producing AI-generated content, editing photos and videos, and ensuring all creative deliverables align with Adira's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for D2C, marketplaces, social media, CRM campaigns, performance marketing, and offline marketing initiatives
- Produce AI-generated images, videos, and creative assets using the latest AI design tools
- Edit photographs, videos, and motion graphics while maintaining high visual quality and brand consistency
- Execute creative briefs within agreed timelines and campaign schedules
- Organize, maintain, and manage the digital creative asset library for easy accessibility
- Collaborate with the Content, Social Media, Catalogue, D2C, and Marketing teams to deliver campaign requirements
- Ensure all creatives comply with Adira's brand guidelines and quality standards
- Support photoshoots, video productions, and campaign content creation
- Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and creative best practices to continuously improve output
- Assist in testing creative variations for marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Creative Production
- Experience working with D2C, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands is preferred
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms is an added advantage
