Job Summary

AMCO Landmarks is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities for residential projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, finishing work, quality control, contractor management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution activities as per approved drawings.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed according to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor daily progress reports.
- Verify measurements and monitor material consumption.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
- Resolve on-site technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and site records.




- Conduct quality inspections before handover.
- Coordinate with billing and purchase departments for site requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential building construction.
- Experience in finishing works is preferred.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and execution activities.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors efficiently.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD (Basic)
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- Project reporting
- BOQ & quantity verification (preferred)

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential apartment projects.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Pune or willing to relocate.
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills.

Pay: ₹10,787.03 - ₹38,029.05 per month
