Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise front-of-house and support staff.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor restaurant performance, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee shift operations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Control food and beverage costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
- Prepare daily sales reports, MIS reports, and operational documentation.
- Develop promotional activities and support marketing initiatives to increase customer footfall and revenue.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains excellent cleanliness, presentation,



and brand standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in casual dining, premium dining, or Italian restaurants will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales growth and operational excellence.

Working Hours

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per restaurant operations.
