Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise, monitor, and coordinate civil construction activities in office.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage workforce, subcontractors, and site operations effectively.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the project manager.
- Handle site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor material usage and maintain proper documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
