Role Overview

We are hiring freshers who want to build a career in B2B sales in the construction and façade industry.

This role involves client outreach, meeting generation, and supporting project sales with developers, architects, PMCs, and construction companies.

You will be trained to eventually handle and close high-value projects (₹1 Cr – ₹20 Cr).

Site visits

Support senior sales team in:

Maintain CRM (lead tracking and follow-ups)

Learn:

Eligibility

Fresher / 0–2 years experience

Degree in:





Engineering / Civil / Mechanical / Architecture

MBA (Marketing) preferred

Required Skills

✔ Confidence to speak with professionals

✔ Willingness to travel and meet clients

✔ High energy and learning attitude

Preferred (Bonus)

Internship in sales / construction

Basic understanding of buildings / construction

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Incentives based on meetings and conversions
