Responsibilities:

- Web-Based AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong ability to identify, learn, and effectively use various AI tools accessible through the internet for day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:

- AI-powered writing and editing tools: For generating drafts, refining content, checking grammar and style (e.g., Grammarly, QuillBot, Jasper).

- AI-driven research tools: For finding, summarizing, and synthesizing information from online sources (e.g., Consensus, research-focused AI search engines).

- AI-powered scheduling and organization tools: For managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing tasks (e.g., utilizing AI assistants integrated into calendar apps or dedicated scheduling tools).

- AI-based data analysis and visualization tools (user-friendly web interfaces): For quickly analyzing data sets and creating visualizations without requiring coding (e.g., accessible through platforms like Google Sheets' Explore feature or user-friendly AI analytics dashboards).

- AI-enhanced communication tools: For drafting emails, summarizing conversations, or using AI-powered translation services.

- AI-supported project management platforms: For task management, prioritization, and potentially risk assessment features offered within these platforms.

- AI-driven note-taking and knowledge management tools: For transcribing audio, summarizing notes, and organizing information effectively.

- Task Automation via Web AI: Identify repetitive online tasks and leverage web-based AI tools (e.g., through browser extensions or online automation platforms) to automate them, improving speed and accuracy.
- Efficient Information Gathering: Utilize AI-powered search engines and research tools to quickly and accurately gather information from the web for various projects and tasks.
- Content Enhancement:



Employ AI writing and editing tools to improve the clarity, conciseness, and overall quality of written communications and documents.
- Time Management and Organization: Leverage AI-powered scheduling and organizational tools to optimize daily schedules, manage appointments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist various teams by utilizing AI tools to support their specific needs, such as market research, data entry, or customer communication.
- Continuous Exploration of AI Tools: Stay informed about new and emerging AI tools available on the web and proactively evaluate their potential to enhance personal and team productivity.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Address common issues encountered while using web-based AI tools and seek solutions effectively.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate the perks and potential applications of different AI tools to colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (typically 1+ years) in a role that required strong digital literacy and the use of online tools for productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new web-based applications and technologies.
- Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various AI tools available on the internet.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong research and information gathering skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Familiarity with various web browsers and online platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience using a diverse range of AI-powered web tools for different purposes, eg Llama and Claude
- Familiarity with browser extensions and web-based automation tools.
- Experience providing basic training or guidance to others on using online tools.
