- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Robust experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to design scalable software components using modern development frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within integrated software environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
