The job is for a store manager of Panghat, a premimum ethnic wear brand. As a store manager, the candidate would be the face of the brand for jaipur store and should take up the role in that manner. The major roles include:
Managing the entire store and operations.
Managing the team, the flow of clients, sales, and after sale services.
Managing each department with highest level of efficiency.
Promoting positive working culture in the store.
Ensuring client experience is smooth and optimal.
Ensuring client conversion is high.
Ensuing the premises is fully optimal with no leakages, pilferage, etc.
Candidate must have previous experience in this category and a candidate with background in fashion or luxury retail would have an edge.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
