- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Visit architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and fabricators to generate enquiries.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the estimation team for project costing.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
