We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory and compliance requirements. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally along with knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally (entries, ledgers, vouchers)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and manage invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
- Perform bank reconciliation (BRS) and cash book maintenance
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks




- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com (CA-Inter preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in audit support and compliance
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience in ROC-related work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
