The team focuses on helping customers maximize value from Oracle’s product portfolio, including Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and on-premises solutions. This role plays a key part in guiding customers through cloud adoption, workload migration, solution design, implementation, and lifecycle delivery.

Job Summary

- We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect / Oracle Cloud Transformation Lead to act as a trusted client advocate and technical-functional advisor for customer transformation initiatives.

- The role is responsible for understanding customer business requirements, translating them into integrated system, application, infrastructure, and process solutions, and leading end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle product knowledge, hands-on OCI expertise, cloud architecture experience, DevOps capabilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful cloud adoption and implementation outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including designing, provisioning, deploying, and managing OCI-based solutions.
- Strong expertise in Terraform for provisioning and managing OCI resources using infrastructure-as-code practices.
- High proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell.
- Solid experience deploying and managing workloads on Kubernetes, preferably Oracle Kubernetes Engine.
- Experience building monitoring dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity and access management, and secure cloud infrastructure design.




- Hands-on experience designing cloud architecture and developing secure, scalable infrastructure frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, automation practices, and cloud deployment methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle’s product portfolio, including Fusion Applications, OCI, and on-premises solutions, with the ability to support business process transformation discussions.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across development, support, services, and partner organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of a customer organization.
- Understanding of the CSS service portfolio across cloud and on-premises offerings.

Valuable-to-Have

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud transformation or workload migration programs.
- Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle on-premises environments, and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Exposure to customer success, consulting, managed services, or professional services delivery models.
- Experience contributing to strategic planning, roadmap development, goal setting, and portfolio-level program execution.
- Knowledge of Oracle release management processes, business enhancement cycles, and production support models.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications or Kubernetes certifications.
- Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or product-aligned delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a customer advocate by understanding business needs, translating requirements into practical solution designs, and guiding customers through Oracle Cloud adoption and transformation initiatives.




- Conduct fit-gap analysis of customer cloud environments and develop actionable roadmaps for transitioning, modernizing, and implementing best-fit Oracle solutions.
- Define and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions in collaboration with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Participate in identifying systems, subsystems, integrations, and interfaces while validating technology assumptions and evaluating solution alternatives.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end SDLC process, including discovery, requirements intake, design, development, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Align customer solutions with Oracle product roadmaps, release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix requirements.
- Drive deployment of customer workloads to Oracle Cloud by providing architecture guidance, cloud adoption recommendations, blocker resolution, and implementation support.
Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, business analysts, integration specialists, QA teams, development teams, support teams, services teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful program execution.
