We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive responsible for promoting the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities Present products or services to prospective customers in a qualified, structured, and persuasive face-to-face manner. Understand and analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to achieve successful sales. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming email and phone inquiries from potential customers. Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media channels. Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested clients to build relationships and convert leads into sales.
Deliver clear and effective presentations with strong focus on professionalism, clarity, and visual appeal.
Qualification Graduate in any discipline.
Working Hours Rotational Shifts: Between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (as per roster) Between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (as per roster) Between 12:00 AM – 9:00 PM (as per roster)
Weekly Off: One rotational weekday off (Monday–Friday).
Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and persuasion abilities. Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales. Knowledge of Google sheet, Excel sheet.
