Key Responsibilities

System Management & Data Processing

- Oversee the institution’s information systems, including the Student Information System (SIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Manage the processing, accuracy, and updating of student admissions, enrolment, and examination data.
- Generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports for institutional administrators and department heads.

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Maintenance

- Supervise the upkeep, troubleshooting, and replacement of campus computer labs, servers, and networking equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs of all institutional hardware and proprietary software licenses.

Data Security & Backup

- Enforce institutional data security protocols to protect sensitive student and employee information.
- Perform regular, scheduled backups of institutional databases to prevent data loss.

User Support & Training

- Provide technical assistance to faculty, staff,



and students experiencing hardware or software issues.
- Conduct training sessions on how to effectively use the institution’s software platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of qualified experience in electronic data processing, data analysis, or IT support, ideally within an educational or institutional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel), networking fundamentals, and institutional ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom institutional software)
