Position: Accounts Manager

Reports To: General Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and manage daily financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.




- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, including team management experience.

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,099.00 per month
