We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen interest in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of running paid campaigns and a robust willingness to learn, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive measurable results.

Experience: 0.5 to 3 years (Only in paid marketing)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation
- Monitor and track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct basic A/B testing for ad creatives and campaign performance improvement
- Assist in setting up and managing tracking tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with team members to improve campaign strategies and execution

Requirements:





- 0.5–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internships/training included)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus
- Understanding of conversion tracking and digital marketing metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
