Job Summary:

HudsonManpower is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with robust expertise in client acquisition and business development for White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing business with Gulf, Indian, International, and European clients across industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Hospitality, IT and Industrial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire recruitment clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across GCC, India, Europe, and other international markets
- Promote White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment services
- Handle client meetings,



presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Identify market trends and hiring opportunities across target industries
- Build long-term partnerships with EPC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Industrial companies
- Achieve business growth and revenue targets

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment business development/staffing industry
- Strong network of clients in Gulf and international markets
- Experience handling White Collar and Blue Collar recruitment requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, etc.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth

Preferred:

- Existing client database/network
- Experience in overseas recruitment industry
- Gulf market exposure
