The Role

You are the Home Loan Concierge—the single, trusted person every customer, partner, and credit officer knows by name on a mortgage file. From the moment a lead lands with you, you own the relationship: collecting documents, navigating customer hesitations, uploading paperwork into our internal loan system, and shepherding the file through credit until disbursal.

This customer-facing, judgment-heavy role decides whether a family gets their home loan or drops off in frustration. Customers walk away feeling looked-after. Builder and bank partners trust that their leads are in safe hands. And you walk into every conversation as the most informed person on the file. If you’ve done international mortgage work, you already know the standard—we’re bringing that level of rigor to the Indian market.

What You’ll Do

- Own the Document Journey: Take every assigned mortgage lead from first contact to file submission. Identify exactly what’s needed for each customer profile and build a clean, complete file.
- Convince and Coach Customers: Customers don’t always understand why we need every document. You’ll explain, reassure, and persuade—turning reluctance into cooperation without losing the relationship.
- Run the Internal Loan System: Upload, tag, and organize documentation in our internal platform.



Maintain pristine records so the credit team has everything they need on the first review.
- Liaise with Credit: Hand off files to the credit team and stay close as they review. When pendencies are raised, translate them into transparent customer asks and resolve them quickly.
- Close the Loop on Pendencies: Re-engage customers when credit needs additional information, clarifications, or corrected documents. Keep momentum so files don’t stall.
- Ensure Disbursal: Track each file through processing, sanction, and disbursal. Be the single point of accountability that both the customer and the credit team can rely on.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Surface friction points, recurring document gaps, and process pain back to the operations and product teams so we keep getting better.

Who You Are

Required

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Hindi—you can hold a confident conversation with both a young salaried customer and a senior credit officer.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, plus comfort picking up new internal tools and loan management systems.
- Mumbai-based, this is an in-office role with proximity to our credit and operations teams.
- Organized, detail-obsessed, and unflustered by follow-ups—you treat a pending document like an open ticket until it’s closed.
