Job Description: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Chennai

Experience: 5+ years in sales (ideally involving dealer interactions)

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ needs and present tailored interior solutions, products, or services.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the interior design sector.
- Networking: Attend industry events and collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to generate leads.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and prepare regular reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or hardware products.
- Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for Interiors: A strong interest in interior design and an understanding of design trends is a plus.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding service.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals confidently and manage client expectations.
