A Reputed Banquet Hall located in Juhu, running for the last 17 years, requires a Young, Dynamic, Presentable Banquet Manager.

Qualification:

1)Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognized Institute.

2) Preferred Age: 35 to 45 years

3) Gujarati Speaking will be an additional advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of Relevant Professional experience

Job Description:

· Proficiency in catering management

· Looking after Marketing, Sales, and other Operational activities

· Proficiency in handling Clients and Visitors

· Experience in supervising around 25 numbers of banquet staff and all kinds of Chefs

· Should be able to handle 2 Banquet halls with a capacity of 80 to 120 guests

· Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

· Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements.

· In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
