We are looking for an experienced, creative, and result-oriented Gift Shop Manager to lead our showroom operations, sales activities, customer experience, and gifting projects.

Position Overview

The Gift Shop Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, supervising staff, driving sales growth, handling customer relationships, coordinating gift designing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, sales experience, customer handling abilities, and a passion for gifting and retail management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the gift store and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Lead and supervise gift designers, sales staff, customer support executives, packing staff, and office support team.

Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, website enquiries, and walk-in customers.

Develop strategies to improve customer experience, repeat business, and sales performance.

Oversee gift designing activities and ensure high standards of creativity, presentation, and quality.

Assist customers in selecting suitable gifting solutions based on occasion,



budget, and requirements.

Manage corporate gifting enquiries, bulk orders, and premium gifting projects.

Review quotations, pricing, and customer proposals before final approval.

Monitor enquiry follow ups and ensure timely customer communication.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth order execution.

Manage inventory, stock movement, product displays, and showroom presentation.

Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.

Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, social media initiatives, and seasonal sales events.

Prepare sales reports, performance reports, and operational updates for management.

Train and motivate team members to improve customer service and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Management, Gift Shop Management, Sales Management, Customer Service, Corporate Gifting, Hospitality, or related fields.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Proven experience in sales, customer handling, and business development.

Creative understanding of gift designing, gift presentation, and customer preferences.





Ability to manage multiple projects, customer requirements, and team responsibilities simultaneously.

Knowledge of billing, inventory management, and basic business operations.

Comfortable handling customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.

Immediate joiners preferred.
