Job Summary:

The Group Head - Biddable Media will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of all biddable media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other biddable channels. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of media specialists, develop innovative strategies, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency's digital media offering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of biddable media specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive biddable media strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, and other relevant programmatic platforms.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of all biddable media campaigns to ensure client objectives and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Manage significant media budgets,



ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending to maximize ROI for clients.
- Act as a primary strategic point of contact for key clients, providing expert advice, presenting performance insights, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in biddable media, integrating recent technologies and strategies as appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including SEO, content, creative, and analytics teams, to ensure integrated and holistic digital marketing solutions.
- Implement robust A/B testing frameworks and experimentation strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Develop and refine reporting frameworks, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business development efforts, including participating in pitches and developing strategic proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising policies and guidelines across various platforms.
