Brains Iconic Charitable Trust is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Communications Executive to strengthen our digital presence and promote our mission through engaging content and strategic communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating impactful campaigns, and increasing community engagement while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Trust's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, graphics, reels, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
- Write compelling captions, newsletters, and communication materials.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the team to showcase programmes, events, and success stories.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing and social media trends.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
