Job Title : Operation Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

- Evaluate and optimize plant operations, maintenance strategies, and basis of design to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and implement operating, maintenance, equipment sparing, and idling strategies for processing facilities.

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Monitor plant performance using real-time monitoring systems and respond to operational issues proactively.

- Generate operational reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

- Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve operational visibility, monitoring, and control.

- Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges effectively.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and operational procedures.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and process optimization.





- Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence across all activities.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.

- Experience in manufacturing, operations support, water treatment, or oil & gas processing environments.

- Robust knowledge of plant operations, maintenance strategies, and equipment reliability practices.

- Experience with operational data analysis, reporting tools, and performance monitoring systems.

- Familiarity with water treatment systems, piping, rotating equipment, tanks, and processing facilities.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in digital tools, operational monitoring systems, and process improvement methodologies.
