Job Summary

KeyOwn Habitat is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve hiring and organizational goals.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment MIS, and workforce planning reports.
- Work closely with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
