Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can build a robust online presence for our brand through engaging content, strategic marketing, and consistent audience engagement. The candidate should understand luxury lifestyle branding, real estate marketing, modular construction trends, and digital lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.

* Create and execute monthly content calendars.

* Plan and publish reels, posts, stories, and promotional campaigns.

* Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots of projects, resorts, farmhouses, and interiors.

* Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content.

* Generate leads through social media campaigns and paid ads.

* Handle audience engagement, comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally.

* Collaborate with sales and design teams for marketing campaigns.





* Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

* Track analytics, insights, and campaign performance reports.

* Build brand identity and increase online reach and engagement.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in social media marketing and content creation.

* Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and Canva/Adobe tools.

* Basic video editing and graphic designing skills.

* Understanding of luxury branding and real estate marketing.

* Creative mindset with strong communication skills.

* Knowledge of Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

* 1–4 years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Hospitality Marketing, or Lifestyle Branding.

* Candidates with experience handling resort, construction, architecture, interior, or luxury brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
