Job Description: PL/SQL Developer with AI Skills

Position Title: PL/SQL Developer + AI

Location: Indore / Hybrid / Remote

Experience: 6-8 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PL/SQL Developer with a strong foundation in database development and a growing interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions while collaborating on AI-driven initiatives such as data pipelines, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

- Optimize SQL queries and ensure high performance of database operations.

- Work closely with application teams to integrate database solutions.

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to prepare datasets for ML models.

- Implement AI/ML solutions such as predictive analytics, NLP, or automation using Python or similar tools.

- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.

- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills:

- Solid proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases.





- Experience in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of Python or R for AI/ML development.

- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).

- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling.

- Experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, or LLMs.

- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau for data visualization.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control (Git).

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.
