Position: Training & Placement Officer

KC Group of Institutions, Nawanshahr, is inviting applications from highly motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Training & Placement Officer. The ideal candidate should have an excellent industry network, strong corporate relations, and a proven track record of facilitating student placements and internships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading companies, industries, and corporate organizations for campus recruitment and internship opportunities.
- Coordinate campus placement drives, recruitment events, job fairs, and industry interactions.
- Build and expand corporate partnerships to enhance placement opportunities for students across all disciplines.
- Identify and approach new recruiters to strengthen the institution's placement network.
- Organize career guidance sessions, pre-placement talks, aptitude training, mock interviews, group discussions, and employability skill development programs.
- Coordinate internship programs, industrial visits, and industry-academia collaborations.
- Maintain placement records, student databases, recruiter feedback, and placement statistics.




- Work closely with department heads to prepare students according to current industry requirements.
- Ensure maximum placement opportunities and career development for students.

Eligibility

- Candidates with extensive experience in Training & Placement will be preferred.
- Must have a strong network with reputed companies and recruiters across various industries.
- Proven experience in conducting campus placements, internships, and corporate relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Candidate must be willing to travel for corporate meetings and industry collaborations.
