Mandatory Requirement:

Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFC domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-depth analysis of business, portfolio, and customer metrics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct funnel analysis and root cause investigations (RCA) to identify key performance drivers and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Utilize bureau and transactional data to assess customer behavior, portfolio quality, and risk trends.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health and support decision-making.





Skills & Experience:

- Robust proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in business analytics, funnel analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Good understanding of bureau data, lending metrics, and portfolio performance analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFC domain is mandatory.
