- Manage and supervise all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, etc.).
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor employee performance.
- Control hotel expenses and manage budgets.
- Monitor room occupancy, revenue, and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain hotel policies and operational procedures.
- Oversee housekeeping standards and room quality.
- Manage reservations and improve customer experience.
- Prepare reports on sales, revenue, and operational performance.
- Develop strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
