Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls. The role involves identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services to customers effectively.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Handle customer objections and resolve complaints professionally.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales performance.




- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
