Real Global Marketing (RGM) is a Wyoming, USA-based digital marketing agency helping businesses worldwide grow through SEO, PPC, AI automation, branding, and custom web development. We're looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain custom-coded websites and web applications from concept to deployment.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and SEO-friendly websites using up-to-date development frameworks.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end systems.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar platforms) to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, testing, and overall engineering efficiency while maintaining high coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, and automation tools.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing client websites.
- Develop custom dashboards, portals, web applications, and internal tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, scalability, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with the SEO, PPC, and Design teams to implement technical improvements and new features.
- Manage hosting environments, server configurations, databases, SSL certificates, domains, and deployments.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure websites follow industry best practices for security, maintainability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 4–6 years of professional Full Stack Web Development experience.
- Strong expertise in custom WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types, ACF, WooCommerce, hooks, REST API, and performance optimization) is mandatory.
- Excellent command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Experience building fully custom-coded, responsive, and high-performance websites from scratch—not just using page builders or pre-built templates.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and experience working with relational databases. Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB is a plus.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, third-party API integrations, and web services.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and modern version control workflows.
- Familiarity with Linux servers, VPS hosting, cPanel, Cloudflare, DNS configuration, SSL, and website deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of website security, server management, caching strategies, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, or TypeScript is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage for candidates working on modern web applications.
- Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code while following industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Indian Standard Time (IST)
