Education Counselor (Study Abroad) – Grand Education

We guide students through university admissions, visa processes, and career planning while maintaining strong relationships with universities and international partners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented Education Counselor who is passionate about international education and is eager to learn digital marketing and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Conduct telephone consultations and follow up with prospective students.
- Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Prepare and send professional emails to universities and international partners.
- Guide students through admission, application, and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update student progress.
- Assist with student recruitment events and promotional activities.
- Create basic social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Assist in running and monitoring Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.




- Valuable computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

- Experience in study abroad counseling or admissions.
- Knowledge of international education systems.
- Experience with Canva.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Familiarity with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Experience using CRM software.
