Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualization: Develop cutting-edge design concepts and material palettes that align with client briefs.
- Technical Drafting: Produce comprehensive AutoCAD drawing sets.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and renders to communicate design intent effectively.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing vendors, contractors, and site visits to ensure the design is executed accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in residential or commercial archtectureship.
- Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD: Expert level (must be able to produce construction-ready sets).
- 3D Modeling: High proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino.
- Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for color, scale, and spatial flow.
- Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly to both the internal team and clients.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
