About Us

Rehab Buddy Child Development Centre & Autism Research Institute is a multidisciplinary child development and rehabilitation center dedicated to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Behavioral Challenges, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Our team consists of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, ABA Therapists, and Child Psychologists working together to provide evidence-based intervention and family-centered care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist or Rehabilitation Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The qualified will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, providing counseling and behavioral support, and collaborating with therapists, educators, and families to maximize developmental outcomes for children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments, developmental evaluations, behavioral assessments, and diagnostic screenings.
- Prepare detailed psychological assessment and evaluation reports.
- Develop individualized intervention and behavior management plans.
- Provide counseling and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions where required.
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, and ABA Therapists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
- Monitor progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records.




- Conduct parent training and guidance sessions.
- Participate in workshops, awareness programs, and research activities conducted by the institute.

Eligibility

Clinical Psychologist

- M.Phil. Clinical Psychology / Qualified degree recognized by RCI.
- Valid RCI Registration.

Rehabilitation Psychologist

- M.Phil. Rehabilitation Psychology or equivalent qualification recognized by RCI.
- Valid RCI Registration.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and developmental delays.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and ethical professional practice.

Experience

- Freshers with valid RCI registration may apply.
- Experienced professionals will be preferred.
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitation, child development centers, hospitals, or special education settings is an advantage.
