Job Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

12–15 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter in an architectural role.

Teamcenter Integration Architecture: Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale Teamcenter integrations.

Data Migration: Deep experience with PLM data migration methodologies and tools, with specific expertise in migrating complex BOM structures.

Core PLM Modules: In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter functionalities, including BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflows, and Access Management.

CAD & ERP Integrations: Demonstrated experience in integrating major CAD platforms and ERP systems (especially SAP) with Teamcenter

Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, PowerShell, Tcl) for automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of PLM
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must Have Skills:





12–15 years of Teamcenter hands-on experience in an architectural role, Teamcenter integration architecture (large-scale), BOM data migration with data integrity focus, BOM Management, Change Management, Classification, Workflows, ACL/Access Management, SAP/ERP integration with Teamcenter, CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge, Creo, CATIA), stakeholder management and technical leadership, mentoring development teams.

Good To Have Skills:

Teamcenter customization — ITK, SOA, RAC, AWC, scripting languages — Python, SQL, Java, PowerShell, Tcl, cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP in a PLM context, Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
