Role Summary

The Project Engineer will oversee day-to-day execution of civil works on our plotted development projects roads, drainage, utilities, boundary walls, and clubhouse/amenity structures ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget adherence on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site civil construction: earthwork, roads, stormwater drains, sewage/STP lines, water supply, electrical ducting, and compound walls
- Read and implement drawings/BOQs; coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams
- Monitor contractor/vendor work quality, verify measurements, and certify bills (RA bills)
- Track project schedule (Gantt/MS Project)



and flag delays; maintain daily progress and site reports
- Ensure compliance with BMRDA/local approval norms, safety standards, and quality checklists
- Manage material procurement coordination and quality testing (soil, concrete cubes)
- Liaise with surveyors for plot demarcation and layout verification
- Support cost control by tracking work-done vs. BOQ and minimizing wastage/rework

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years' experience in site execution, preferably in plotted developments, townships, or residential real estate projects
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel; familiarity with BMRDA/RERA norms is a plus
- Strong on-ground problem-solving, contractor coordination, and reporting skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with rainwater harvesting/STP/underground utility execution
- Exposure to landscape or clubhouse construction
