Passion Cuisine Private Limited is hiring for Zaatar w Zeit. We are looking for a skilled Commi 2 (Continental Cuisine) to join our kitchen team across multiple locations in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental food preparation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and cooking of Continental dishes
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Handle basic mise en place and kitchen prep
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Continental cuisine
- Experience working as Commi 2 or similar role
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to work in shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude
