Job Summary

Looks Academy is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote our professional courses in Hair, Makeup, Nail Art, Beauty, and Salon Management. The ideal candidate will visit colleges, schools, coaching centers, salons, events, and other potential locations to generate leads, counsel prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges, schools, salons, malls, exhibitions, and other locations to generate admission leads.
- Promote Looks Academy's courses and build awareness in the local market.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about available courses, career opportunities, and fee structures.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, salons, influencers, and local businesses for referrals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, education sales, admissions, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- A valid two-wheeler license is preferred.

- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on admissions achieved.

Pay: ₹9,860.98 - ₹33,738.04 per month
