Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Product Manager to strengthen our marketing team by providing scientific product knowledge, developing promotional strategies, and enhancing the field force's selling skills. The candidate will be responsible for product training, market analysis, promotional material development, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training sessions for Marketing Executives, Territory Managers, and Regional Sales Managers.
- Develop comprehensive product presentations, visual aids, and training modules.
- Train the field force on product features, indications, mechanism of action, dosage, clinical advantages, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and update product manuals, FAQs, objection-handling guides, and sales literature.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, promotional strategies, and market trends.
- Coordinate with medical, marketing, and sales teams for successful product launches.
- Plan and execute new product launch strategies.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.
- Assist the sales team in handling scientific queries from healthcare professionals.
- Develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure all promotional materials comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence from the field team.
- Participate in monthly sales review meetings and training programs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm),



Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Pharmaceutical Marketing, or Product Training.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic segments, and market dynamics.

- Pharmaceutical regulations and ethical promotion.
- Therapeutic segment knowledge (Cardiac, Diabetic, Antibiotics, Gastro, Ortho, Neuro, Gynecology, etc.).
- Digital marketing tools for pharmaceutical promotion.
