Hi, We are looking for a Housing Society Manager for a Housing society based in Kharadi near EON IT Park, Pune who can perform -

1. Statutory & Administrative Management

- Register Maintenance: Maintaining mandatory "I" (Membership), "J" (List of Members), and Nomination registers as per Maharashtra bylaws.
- Meeting Management: Drafting notices and agendas for Managing Committee Meetings (MCM) and the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM).
- Minutes Writing: Recording and maintaining the Minute Books for all official meetings.
- Compliance: Ensuring the society adheres to the MCS Act and the latest amendments (like the 2019/2024 updates).

2. Financial & Accounting Supervision

- Billing & Collection: Generating monthly maintenance bills and following up on arrears/defaulters.
- Voucher Management: Verifying all society expenses and maintaining proper filing of bills and vouchers.
- Audit Support: Preparing all documents for the internal and statutory auditors.
- Banking: Handling society bank work, such as depositing cheques and reconciling statements.

Operations & Facility Management

- Vendor Supervision: Managing security agencies, housekeeping staff, and gardeners.
- Repair Coordination: Getting quotations for repairs (plumbing, electrical, lifts) and overseeing the work.
- Asset Inventory: Keeping a record of society property, from water pumps to CCTV systems.

4. Member Relations

- Grievance Redressal: Serving as the first point of contact for resident complaints and resolving them within the committee’s guidelines.
- NOC & Documentation: Processing applications for sale, rent, or renovation and issuing No Objection Certificates (NOCs) after committee approval.

Should have an experience of 2-5 years in housing society management in Maharashtra and should be fluent in Marathi (essential for local authority dealings) and English.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
