Job Description:

We are looking for Production Engineers who are passionate about manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and industrial innovation. The role involves managing production activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with design and maintenance teams, and maintaining smooth operations on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor machine operations and maintain process efficiency.
- Support new product development and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and design teams.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.

Qualifications:





For Freshers:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates:

- 1–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably automotive, sheet metal, or laser fabrication).
- Knowledge of CNC/Laser cutting machines, welding, and assembly operations.

Skills Required:

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred).
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
