Position: Social Media Manager

KC Group of Institutions is looking for a creative, innovative, and experienced Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and promote our academic programs across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Design creative posts, reels, stories, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and student engagement.
- Create high-quality graphics, videos, and promotional content.
- Manage social media calendars and schedule regular posts.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a qualified manner.
- Coordinate with different departments to promote institutional events, achievements, admissions, and activities.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and digital marketing techniques.

Requirements





- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
- Excellent content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
