- M.A in Sociology/ MSW or equivalent from recognized University or Institution is mandatory.
Minimum Qualification Experience:
- Should have a minimum of 07 years experience in Civil Engineering Works out of which 05 years in implementing or monitoring gender equality action plans for developmental programs, preferably in highway programs is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ADB policy on Gender and Development, gender mainstreaming and program compliance monitoring and reporting is preferred.
- Experience in programs financed by multilateral development banks such as ADB or other donor agencies will be preferable.
