Job Description
Utilize SuccessFactors Recruitment Management amp Marketing modules to enhance talent acquisition strategies Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices Support the integration of SuccessFactors Recruitment solutions with other HR systems and platforms Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SuccessFactors Recruitment Management amp Marketing Provide training and support to endusers on the effective use of SuccessFactors recruitment tools Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations related to recruitment processes
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage endtoend configuration and administration of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management amp Marketing modules Design and implement recruitment campaigns and marketing strategies within the SuccessFactors platform Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and customize recruitment solutions Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to recruitment modules Generate and present recruitment reports and dashboards to stakeholders Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes using SuccessFactors tools Provide expert guidance and consultancy to HR teams on leveraging SuccessFactors Recruitment capabilities
