We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who is not only technically sound but also possesses excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong development background, hands-on experience with project management tools, DevOps practices, and a proactive approach to team and infrastructure management.

- Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring skill growth, accountability, and alignment with project goals.
- Oversee project execution, including task allocation, sprint planning, code reviews, and timely delivery.
- Architect and review scalable, maintainable solutions, guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
- Maintain high coding standards and ensure proper documentation (FRD, SRS, APIs, deployment manuals, etc.).
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
- Handle cloud infrastructure and deployments, including monitoring, SSL, backups, and performance optimization.
- Act as the technical liaison with clients and stakeholders,



translating business needs into actionable tech solutions.
- Introduce and manage tools like JIRA, GitHub, Postman, Trello, and Notion to ensure process efficiency and transparency.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks or blockers, ensuring team productivity and client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve the tech stack and workflows, adopting modern tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with backend/frontend technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, Angular, and Flutter.
- Proven experience in team management, project handling, and client communication.
- Proficient in Git and repository management, including branching, merging, and CI/CD workflows.
- Positive understanding of cloud/server environments like AWS, DigitalOcean, and cPanel.
