Working Hours

Morning: 9:15 AM – 1:45 PM

Evening: 4:45 PM – 8:45 PM

Job Responsibilities

Welcome pet parents and assist them at the reception.

Schedule and manage appointments.

Prepare bills using the clinic management software.

Maintain patient records and client information accurately.

Manage stock of medicines, pet food, and other clinic supplies.

Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

Coordinate with veterinarians to ensure smooth patient flow.

Keep the reception area clean, organized,



and welcoming.

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Honest, punctual, well-organized, and willing to learn.
