Urgent requirement for Reservation & OTA Manager

Experience - Minimum 4 years from hotel industry

KRA :

1. Reservations - Direct Sales KRA

- Handle Inbound Bookings: Take calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website inquiries. Convert to confirmed bookings

- Achieve Direct Revenue Targets: Meet monthly targets for direct room revenue, ADR, and room nights

- Rate Quotation & Upselling: Quote best available rates, sell room upgrades, packages, early check-in/late checkout, F&B; credits

- Group & FIT Handling: Manage individual, group, and corporate FIT reservations + send confirmations

- Guest Communication: Pre-arrival mails, special requests coordination with FO/HK/F&B;, post-stay thank you

2. OTA Management KRA

- Inventory & Rate Management: Update allotment, rates, restrictions, stop-sell on http://Booking.com, Expedia, MMT, Agoda, Goibibo via Channel Manager/PMS

- Rate Parity: Ensure 100% rate parity across OTAs and hotel website. No rate leakage

- Promotions: Run Genius, Member Deals, Mobile Rates, Long Stay, and flash sales with OTAs

- Content Optimization: Update photos, room descriptions, policies, amenities to improve ranking and conversion





- Review Management: Monitor + reply to guest reviews within 24-48 hrs to improve score and ranking

3. Revenue & Distribution KRA

- Market Mix: Balance Direct vs OTA vs Corporate business to maximize net ADR after commission

- Forecasting: Share daily/weekly pickup report to Revenue Manager for demand planning

- Competitor Tracking: Track comp set rates and promotions on OTAs daily

- New Channel Onboarding: Identify and onboard recent relevant OTAs for the market

4. Operations & Coordination KRA

- Zero Overbooking: Ensure Channel Manager sync is working. Avoid discrepancies between PMS and OTAs

- Reporting: Daily production report: Direct vs OTA revenue, ADR, occupancy, commission, cancellations

- Payment & Reconciliation: Handle OTA invoices, virtual card payments, chargebacks, and no-show disputes

- Inter-Department Coordination: Work with Front Office, Revenue, Finance, and Sales for smooth guest experience
